Driving Instructor

Driving Instructors at Dream Racing are responsible for assisting customers during their driving experience or driving vehicles on the track for customers who choose a ride-along experience.

Essential Responsibilities and Skills required Include:

– Vehicles’ Mechanical Knowledge
– Excellent driving skills
– Physical fitness
– Excellent communication
– Have an outgoing, positive, and energetic personality while maintaining a friendly professional attitude
– Possess the ability to perform while working under busy and sometimes stressful conditions

Work environment

Work is performed in the Dream Racing facilities inside the Las Vegas Motor Speedway property and off-site for special events, corporate events with mainly outdoor settings , in all weather conditions, including extreme temperatures, during day and night shifts. Work is often performed in stressful situations.

Automotive Technician/Mechanic

The Automotive Technician position at Dream Racing is responsible for keeping up with the maintenance and repairs of a variety of vehicles. This includes street cars, GT race cars and transit vans. Technicians will be required to perform inspections and repairs of motor vehicles in a timely and organizes manner.

Essential Responsibilities Include:

– Ability to perform basic repairs
– Ability to diagnose and read Datastream
– Knowledge of electrical systems
– Ability to maintain a clean and safe work area
– Great communication skills
– Ability to perform multiple tasks quickly and efficiently

Requirements and Qualifications:

– Valid drivers license
– 3+ years of automotive technician experience
– Mechanical and electronic skills

Photographer / Pit Lane Host

The Photographer / Pit Lane Hostess position at Dream Racing is responsible for assisting customers during their registration/theory process, walking groups to pit lane and assisting with the photograph and demo lap organization of customers during their driving/riding experience.

Essential Responsibilities Include:

– Walking groups to and from the pit lane
– Directing customers to their cars for photographs
– Take photographs of customers with their cars
– Assist with demonstration lap process
– Make sure all customer related media (photo/video) is working and ready for check out.
– Consistently delivering exceptional service to every guest while interacting in a professional manner.
– Have an outgoing, positive, and energetic personality while maintaining a friendly professional attitude
– Possess the ability to perform multiple tasks quickly and efficiently while working under busy and sometimes stressful conditions

Race Track Assistant / Car Detailer

The Race Track Assistant at Dream Racing is responsible for positioning and preparing our supercars and race cars for driving experiences.

Essential Responsibilities Include:

– Position cars on display or pit lane for track use
– Wash, detail and maintain cars throughout the working day
– Assist customers on pit lane with driving experience
– Fueling cars
– Provide customers service
– Be open for any additional functions or duties that supervisors may provide
– Maintain a professional, positive and energetic attitude in the job
– Have an outgoing, positive, and energetic personality while maintaining a friendly professional attitude
– Possess the ability to perform multiple tasks quickly and efficiently while working under busy and sometimes stressful conditions

Note:
A valid Nevada Driver’s License with a clean record is required in order to be hired for this position. Driving Record check will be conducted.

Call Center Representative / Reservations specialist

Responsibilities: Answering calls and assisting customers or vendors with making reservations for a driving experience, adjusting reservations as needed, and providing general information about the experience and packages available.

Skills Required: Organization, strong written (typing) and verbal (phone) communication, friendly attitude and a willingness to provide excellent customer service.
