Our Covid-19 Policy
We are closely monitoring the guidance of the World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control regarding the spread of the virus. Our focus is to ensure we meet customer needs in connection with their participation in the driving experiences while doing our part to help keep you, our employees, and our communities safe.
Additional safety measures implemented at our facility include:
All guests and all staff are required to wear masks or face coverings as per the requirements of the Governor of Nevada
The frequency of cleaning and sanitizing has been increased in all public spaces with an emphasis on high contact surfaces. Our lounge and classroom will have extensive deep cleaning each night.
Guest check-in stations and payment processing machines will be sanitized before every transaction.
Staff will greet guests with applicable social distancing and a contactless introduction.
We have asked our staff to limit physical interactions including refraining from taking photos with the guest’s camera and mobile phone.
For the time being, we are suspending our shuttle service to and from the Strip. Groups traveling together consisting of 5 people or more can request transportation through our call center.
Specific to the driving experiences:
We enhanced the techniques used to clean our vehicles before and after each experience. In particular, we are paying special attention to interior customer touchpoints such as seats, steering wheels, door handles and other hard surfaces.
All drivers and instructors will wear face protection during the driving experience or demonstration laps in the car. If a guest does not have face protection, Dream Racing will provide a disposable mask for each driver.
We do not require wearing our racing suits during the driving experiences. However, note that if worn, the suits provided to you will have been laundered prior to each use.
Social distancing is also implemented during our theory session and the number of persons in the classroom limited to allow for this.
The classroom session, demonstration laps and simulator sessions are now optional.
If applicable, food and/or beverage service will be limited to single use packaged food or drinks and will be distributed by employees with appropriate personal protective equipment.
Employee appropriate personal protective equipment will be worn by all employees based on their position and responsibilities following state or local government guidance.
All employees will be subject to daily temperature checks.
Employees have received training on COVID-19 safety and sanitization protocols.
Employees are instructed to stay home if they do not feel well and are directed to contact a manager if they notice a coworker or guest with known symptoms of COVID-19.
